Sure, that’s not a problem, but before we get you on a Care Plan, we’ll need to run a Website Health Check on your current site. Please please contact us at help@neilrichmund.com and we will get you setup to do that.
Once you sign up and provide login credentials (assuming we don’t have them already), we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed during our on-boarding.
Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However, if your website has a major issue, we will be there by your side. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
Absolutely. We are laser focused on you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go but we know that financial needs have to drive your decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and we will immediately stop the next payment.
We do not offer discounts for multiple websites. I know that can be a bit frustrating, but our reason is quite simple. It takes just as long to thoroughly complete our tasks on one website as it does on multiple sites, and we feel as though we would be robbing you of our best support if we had to do it at a discount.

While we’d love to give you a discount for something you are paying for it costs us more to work with websites that are not on our optimized hosting. We will move your site over to our hosting at no additional fee and when your hosting bill next comes due you can go ahead and cancel that expense.
Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore your support time does not rollover. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within that 30/120/240 minutes of time (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team.
Depending on your location we setup an in-person meeting, phone call or video call. These calls are reserved for our Gold & Titanium care clients and are designed to help websites achieve their goals and reach a broader audience. We will review Google Analytics and discuss new implementation ideas to drive your organization further.
If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hour.
